ON-CHAIN WINE SPECULATION | SOLANA
Build the cellar. Trade for profit. Grow the collection.
A wine thief is a tool used to sample wine straight from the barrel — getting first taste before anyone else. That's what we're doing here: finding the best bottles before the market catches on.
We source bottles through futures, auctions, cellar acquisitions, wholesale, and any reputable channel that makes sense. Hold or flip depending on what's most profitable, and reinvest gains to grow both the value and depth of the collection.
Sometimes we hold. Certain wines appreciate with age. We buy, store properly, and wait for the right moment to sell.
Sometimes we flip. Other opportunities are about quick arbitrage — buy low, sell at market, take profit, reinvest.
The goal: Grow the cellar. Every profitable trade adds back to the collection. More bottles, more value, more depth.
$BOOZE lets you hold a piece of this operation. Follow along, geek out about wine, and see what we're building.
Read the WhitepaperLet's address the elephant in the room.
Yes, we named our token $BOOZE. Yes, we know how that sounds in crypto.
It's tongue-in-cheek. A wine thief is a real tool — a glass pipette used to sample wine straight from the barrel. That's our concept: getting first taste before anyone else.
But we're also acknowledging reality. Crypto has a reputation problem. Rugs, scams, anonymous founders disappearing with funds — you've seen it, we've seen it. Pretending otherwise would be insulting.
So instead of hiding behind a "safe" name, we're leaning into it. We're calling ourselves thieves so you don't have to wonder if we are.
The name is a joke. The project is not.

Our own facility. Not just storage — a destination.
Token holders get membership access. The more you hold, the better your tier.
The big picture: $BOOZE isn't just a wine-backed token. It's a stake in building something real — a wine storage facility that generates revenue from storage fees, consulting, and events. Token holders aren't just speculating on wine. They're part owners of a business we're building from the ground up.
You vote. We execute.
1 token = 1 vote. Vote on custom crush decisions — region, grape, winemaker, style, label. And vote on acquisition strategy — how to weight the budget across regions and categories.
Partnerships with established wineries to produce our batches — and occasionally, access to fruit from vineyards you'd recognize, sourced quietly through industry channels.
Think Screaming Eagle's list. Holders get priority access to purchase finished bottles before public release. Not free wine — exclusive access to buy first.
10% of every custom crush goes directly to the community cellar. Unsold bottles get added too. The cellar grows with every project.
Time + weight = your position on the list.
Stake $BOOZE directly. Earn rewards funded by 20% of transaction tax. Your score grows daily.
Stake Raydium LP tokens for higher rewards and 3x position score. Compensates for impermanent loss risk.
Your position score is your voting power. OGs who staked early dominate governance.
Custom crush purchases go in order of position score. Top of the list gets first pick.
Top 50 stakers get invited to exclusive wine tastings. 0.5% of cellar value allocated annually for events.
Staking rewards are funded by 20% of all transaction taxes — not inflation. The more trading volume, the more rewards. This creates a sustainable model where rewards scale with project activity rather than diluting holders.
⚠️ Unstaking resets your score to zero. You go to the back of the line.
Chicago roots. Global reach.
Adam Kamin
Adam has deep roots in Chicago's beverage scene. He owns a fine wine shop in Lincoln Park with access to some of the world's most sought-after bottles — and more importantly, access to the people who have access to bottles that never hit the open market. This network is the foundation of Booze Vault's sourcing advantage.
The dev team are wine lovers first, technologists second. We're committed to launching this project transparently, with the cellar's value as the north star. The long-term goal is to directly connect cellar value to token value — once we gain traction and work through the legal framework with counsel on the team.
Starting from Adam's Chicago base, we're building a global network of wine professionals — sommeliers, buyers, distributors, collectors — to source inventory and identify opportunities that most never see.
Partner with a crypto-native wine community.
We're building something different — a community of collectors and enthusiasts who vote on what gets made, then buy it. If you're a winemaker interested in creating a custom release for our audience, we'd love to talk.
Direct access to a community of buyers ready to purchase on release day.
Exposure to a global, engaged audience of wine enthusiasts and collectors.
Limited releases to a dedicated community — the recipe for secondary market demand.
Built to fund the cellar.
40% burned at launch. Founder & dev team tokens vest over time. Marketing budget unlocked for immediate use. Tax revenue funds wine purchases (60%), staking rewards (20%), and auto-liquidity (20%). 5% of trading profits buy back and burn $BOOZE. 0.5% of cellar value allocated annually for top 50 staker events.
Important: The price of $BOOZE and the value of the cellar are not directly linked — yet. The cellar value is calculated from current market prices and historical auction data. The token price is determined by you, the community.
We expect these numbers to correlate loosely — the token may trade near cellar value, or at a premium reflecting the potential of custom crush projects, brand development, and future growth. As the project matures, we plan to implement mechanisms that more directly connect token price to underlying cellar value.
Let's be direct: influencer marketing will bring volatility. We know this. Spikes up, dumps down — it's the nature of the crypto casino.
But for a startup like ours, it's a necessary trade-off. The goal is liquidity. Deeper pools mean smaller price impact, tighter spreads, and a more stable trading environment for everyone. To get there, we need attention. Attention brings volume. Volume builds liquidity.
Short-term, expect waves. We're not pretending otherwise. Long-term, the liquidity we build through this phase makes $BOOZE more tradeable and more sustainable. We're playing the long game — but we have to survive the short game first.
For people who like wine and speculation.
A community of wine enthusiasts following along with the cellar. Watch the trades, discuss the bottles, debate the strategy. No promises, no guarantees — just a shared interest in wine and what we're building.

The stuff you're probably wondering.
We get it. Crypto is full of rugs. Here's why we're different: the founder is doxxed (Adam Kamin, real person, real wine shop in Chicago), the wine is real (physical bottles in professional storage), and the treasury is public (every transaction on-chain). We named the token $BOOZE as a joke, but we take the project seriously.
No. $BOOZE is a speculative token, not ownership shares in the wine. You don't have legal claim to any bottles. Think of it like owning stock in a company — you benefit if the company does well, but you don't own the company's office furniture.
The token price is set by the market (supply and demand). However, we maintain a real wine cellar and publish its value. We expect the token to trade loosely around cellar value, potentially at a premium reflecting growth expectations. Long-term, we plan to more directly link token and cellar value.
The founder is publicly doxxed. Adam Kamin owns a wine shop in Lincoln Park, Chicago. He has a reputation to protect and a business that would be destroyed by a rug pull. Team tokens vest over 18 months — we can't dump even if we wanted to.
Transaction taxes (3.5% on all transfers) fund operations. Wine sales generate profit that gets reinvested (95%) or used for buybacks (5%). The team holds vesting tokens — we profit when the project succeeds, not by extracting from holders.
Currently in personal temperature-controlled storage managed by the founder. Once the cellar reaches $50,000 in value, we transition to UOVO — a professional art and wine storage facility. At that point, a public live inventory link will be available so anyone can verify our holdings in real-time. Until then, photos and receipts for every bottle are available in our Proof of Wine section.
Not currently — we're in personal storage. But top 50 stakers get invited to private tasting events. Long-term, we're building our own facility (see Vision) with a tasting room, lounge, and event space where holders can visit.
We're building a wine storage facility — not just for $BOOZE holdings, but to take on clients. Storage fees, event revenue, consulting, auction access. Real business revenue. Token holders get membership access with tiered benefits. You're not buying a memecoin, you're buying into a business we're building. See the Vision section for the full roadmap.
Lower fees, faster transactions, and we're starting with limited liquidity. On Ethereum, gas fees would eat into small trades. Solana lets everyone participate regardless of trade size. We may bridge to Ethereum later as we grow.
There's no minimum. Buy whatever you're comfortable with (and comfortable losing — this is speculation, not a savings account). Even $10 gets you in. Solana fees are fractions of a penny.
Same way you bought — go to Jupiter (jup.ag), connect your wallet, swap $BOOZE back to SOL, then send to an exchange to cash out. 3.5% transfer tax applies.
Now live on Solana.
Download Phantom or another Solana wallet.
Buy SOL on Coinbase, Kraken, or any exchange. Send to your wallet.
Go to Jupiter, paste the token address, swap SOL for $BOOZE.
Always verify the token address on Solscan.
$BOOZE is a speculative token. It does not represent ownership in any legal entity, investment vehicle, or the underlying wine. Token holders have no legal claim on any assets.
You could lose 100% of your investment. Cryptocurrency is volatile and high-risk. The wine market is also volatile. Nothing here is financial advice. Do your own research.
By purchasing $BOOZE, you acknowledge you understand the risks and are speculating with money you can afford to lose.
